I forgot to mention I think - Chad noticed that while you can read annotations in full screen view, you can’t author them. How difficult do you think it would be to enhance the annotator functions so that they work when the viewer is in full-screen mode?

As an alternative, one can check the "Constrain image to viewport" setting in the Islandora Viewer OpenSeadragon settings so that a large image cannot be viewed in full-screen mode. However, full-screen mode would likely be useful when annotating extremely large high-resolution images with fine details such as maps, so this enhancement is worth exploring.

minimum fix is that annotation buttons are not available in fullscreen view. To be scoped.

Annotations buttons are not available on fullscreen. https://annotorious.github.io currently does not support this.

@kstapelfeldt for review.

Further investigation needed. Annotation library does not seem to support full screen view in OpenSeaDragon
