我部署完成后发现这个项目好像没有设置管理员，且对用户的注册没有任何限制

描述您希望的需求

能否增加管理员账户和设置禁止用户注册
我发现这个项目好像对其他用户的注册没有任何限制，这样一旦项目暴露在公网，一旦遭到恶意的注册和设置一些破坏性的问卷，会非常麻烦，
没有管理员账户，也无法知道除了自己之外是否还有其他人注册了账号
