  • link out the location of TNRIS Lidar DEM & LPC tiles on README.md

as done for https://github.com/dhardestylewis/terrain_aggregator#intermediate-retiling-results

  • also put in this repository 6 .txt files of:
    • TNRIS AWS S3 bucket absolute paths for:
      • DEMs
      • LPCs
    • Stampede2 absolute paths for:
      • DEMs
      • LPCs
    • relative paths for:
      • DEMs
      • LPCs
