貌似用 io.prometheus.client.CollectorRegistry 注册 io.prometheus.client.Counter ，绕过了 spring 结合 micrometer的那套机制，通过 io.micrometer.core.instrument.MeterRegistry 配置的common tag 没办法作用于自定义的metric ，micrometer 自己也有个 io.micrometer.core.instrument.Counter , 用这个注册可以有标签但是不好用，且不能发pushgateway
