Search for TRIMETHOPRIM results in completly different drug, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE:

Thanks @vdancik. It looks like one of our ingesting routines is treating a combo therapy of trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole as a distinct drug with x-refs to both trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole. We'll need to take a look at other xrefs from that source and push an upstream update.
