Broken interaction between liquids and liquid removable blocks

• Replacing a block that is both replaceable and a liquid removable block (e.g. short grass) with liquid causes the liquid to flow and then disappear
• Using a liquid bucket on the side of a replaceable block (e.g. short grass) should place the liquid on that side of the block
  • Exception: if the block is also liquid removable (e.g. pink petals), place within that block and not its side and break the block immediately
• Liquid removable blocks should not be placeable in liquid unless it is also a liquid displacer (e.g. torch no, dead bush yes)
• Replacing a liquid displacing replaceable block with a non liquid displacing block does not remove the liquid
