Generic List's options not updating in Stremio

From some trouble shoot testing, I am unable to see the effective result of activating/deactivating these buttons. Regardless of what I do, the same options appear on Stremio UI. Once I install the addon (through copy/paste since "install" button doesn't seem to work), I attempt to even go on configure again in which I see the unchecked options I wanted, to be checked on for some reason. Wanted to bring to your attention maybe you can re-create.
