New feature: searching by topics, techs, or materials that each course can provide

It'd be great If I could search for a course that use Flutter, or something along this line. There are too many courses to go through if I don't already have one in mind. Searching by topics, materials, tech stack would be helpful in filtering the course users are looking for.
