Acceptance cases:

Investigate if possible to use a no-sql database solutoin
If there isn't a driver for mongo or similar on .net Core, can you install SQL Server for Linux for free?
Define which ORM or Simple Driver to use for data persistence.
Create data access layer classes / demo retrieval of a book
