October 2025: Update slack link

We have a slack invite link that expires every year (and is available for 2000 people). Message @MandyMeindersma (or someone on the board) on Slack to get the new link.

This link expires october 23rd 2025

The link will also have to be updated if we get close to the 2000. When the invite link was made in 2024 we were at 5,585 in the announcements channel. If we get close to 7300 then Mandy will have to email slack before October.

Acceptance criteria:

• Make PR with new updated link (or update the link on the google form, which ever)
• Clone this issue so we remember to do it for next year
• Add the amount of people in the announcements channel to the ticket number so we can keep track of how many people have used the link

This is a reminder for us to change the slack link in October of 2025 when the current link is set to expire. So unfortunately this can not be worked on until October 2025
