Add ability to "hide" snippet category and individual snippet

Now, there is no ability to hide snippet from public, without removing it from styleguide.
In admin, we can have a "hide category" and "hide snippet" buttons for hiding snippet/category in public view. In admin view, snippets/category would be marked as hidden, but would be editable.
