Support for Switchbot Roller Shades

Hi,

I recently received the new Roller Shades product from Switchbot. Currently, there is no local control support anywhere for this product on Home Assistant (understandably, because it is a brand new product). Home Assistant doesn't even automatically detect it, like it does with my switchbot lock and switch through bluetooth. The way I have it working right now is through this Switchbot MQTT Add-On, which requires the online API, but I prefer local control. However, I tested out the Roller Shades using this program and an ESP32 anyway, and the sensors seem to actually accurately display the data through the "curtain" setting, but commands (position) don't work.

If someone could figure out how to make commands work for these Roller Shades, that would be great.
