Description

This story focuses on thoroughly reviewing a selected research study (found in this Mural) to uncover key metrics, user pain points, behavioral trends, and participant statements. The insights extracted will help identify emerging themes and guide the larger synthesis effort in shaping the direction of MHV and its integration within VA.gov.

User story

As a Cartography member, I want to review VA Mobile app - synthesis of discovery research, extract key insights, and document the findings, so that I can contribute to synthesizing emerging themes for future decisions about MHV and the broader VA.gov ecosystem.

Possible tasks:

Review the selected study from the MURAL board and extract key insights, metrics, and other data relevant to the overarching research questions from our Metasynthesis workshop.

Could not find actual research findings related to this study - just a plan & convo guide. I'm not sure it was actually conducted? Difficult to know for sure - did some level of digging & couldn't find. Closing for now, but we can come back to it and hunt further if it feels warranted later.
