Draw Perpendicular Line

Would like a plugin to make a measurement perpendicular to an initially drawn line. Would require making a whole new plugin file.

Not sure if FIJI/ImagJ allows for constraining the drawing of an ROI.
The Olympus microscope software has a great Perpedicular-Line function - draw the first line, then wherever you move the mouse afterwards, a perpedicular line to the 1st is drawn, and accepted when you click. Not sure how to do that with Fiji - sounds like it needs capturing of user mouse movements with live drawing (overlay) etc.
