This one is very docker-heavy but at least it's in dotnet which is genrally easy to package. Also looks like it depends on Microsoft SQL.

FWIW, I did succeed in packaging Passwords NextCloud app.

There's an interesting alternative called Vaultwarden. The main advantage is me being more likely to be able to contribute there if something needs tweaking. :)
