这个多开检测你是指：多次点击Bilibili-dd-monitor导致打开了多个App，从而导致了你在windows 11 OS下的鼠标异常偏移。

你希望将这个应用限制为单个运行实例，是这样理解吗？

另外，我需要一个事实验证：你在windows 11下，目前只开一个App实例，此时鼠标位置移动正常吗？
