• I believe this is a new bug in metricflow
• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

The mf tutorial command is meant to be a smooth experience for demonstrating MetricFlow. However, the tutorial doesn't work without fixes by the user.

Expected Behavior

mf tutorial should execute actions and list steps that will allow for execution without errors.
