# Circadian-proteomics

Custom analysis of in vitro circadian timecourse proteomics and phosphoproteomics experiments. This code accompanies the manuscript published in The EMBO Journal. Please see [this paper](https://doi.org/10.15252/embj.2021108883) for context and experimental design. The code in this repository was not designed to be run on other datasets, and is made public for transparency.
