On restreamer, I want to add admin and user features, where admin can create docker restreamer application with options that can be set for each user created. admin can add features: input port, user, password, file location, disk capacity limitation, bandwidth limitation, video resolution selection 1080p, 720p, 4k, video looping, streaming start and end schedule, multistreaming platform selection.

From the admin side I can choose which features are active and inactive for each user I add.
