Error - <type 'exceptions.IOError'>: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'/var/lib/ckan/default/resources/d59/7e7/8b-658d-4086-84fc-82ecb97bffbd~'

Synced folders doesn't have correct owner. The correct owner is www-data

Workaround: chown -R www-data /var/lib/ckan/default

TODO: setup chown step during provision
