optional packages

HI
I am installing the container version of peptac and would like to install the correct version of the optional requirement packages at the same time. I found the rrecommended versions for the required packages in the file "requirement.txt" but could not find recommended versions for the optional softwares. Could you please give me information for the versions for the following packages that will be compatible with the pepatac pipeline:

optional tools

bwa: bwa
fseq: fseq
fseq2: fseq2
genrich: Genrich
hmmratac: ${HMMRATAC}
homer_findpeaks: findPeaks
homer_motif: findMotifsGenome.pl
trimmomatic: ${TRIMMOMATIC}
picard: ${PICARD}
pigz: pigz
Rscript: Rscript
seqOutBias: seqOutBias
bigWigMerge: bigWigMerge
bedGraphToBigWig: bedGraphToBigWig
