flatten json view of latest packages and versions of packages

Would be nice if we could have an ordered json view of all packages and package details from a single request. Currently a two step request needs to happen to get the package details of the latest packages available on pub. Seth Ladd had mentioned the idea of an RSS feed from pub.dartlang.org.

Please provide more information about what you want to access. Why isn't /api/packages enough for you?

I was not aware of this url. This contains everything I would need for now. Is there also an api to all previous versions of a package with this level of information?

An Atom feed of all updates to all packages is now available: https://pub.dartlang.org/feed.atom

I've opened a new issue to ask for a feed of all updates to a single package: #255
