    A string can be serialized into vec('u8') without any thrown errors

  • Expected behaviour
    An error is thrown during serialization

in wit-bindgen for rust they have 2 options, one is generate String and UTF check, other is Vec, and not UTF check.

So it is fine not to check UTF vec('u8').
