All ones in evaluation (F1 score)

I am following the steps mentioned in the README to do the evaluation with the data released by you. I am testing on AIDA Test A and B and running the evaluation locally using the GERBIL server. I downloaded the AIDA dataset and placed it in the gerbil_data/aida/ directory as mentioned. However, I get all ones in Precision, recall, and F1 score, which is unexpected. Is there any obvious mistake that might be causing this?
