This issue is preventing the Touch Matrix from loading on time. The effect of this is that you can see the mouse pointer but cannot interact with items on the Screen. This effect is limited to a handful of touchscreens and IR Overlays but not the ones we have listed in our article Touchscreen with DAKboard OS in the section called Touchscreens That Have Been Tested.

Some of the Touchscreens we know this issue exists:

  • Asus VT229H
  • Iiyama ProLite T2755MSC-B1

This is happening in Version 4.03 of the OS, post the updates to allow resetting of displays when they lose power to the USB or are unplugged and plugged in while the CPU is on.

WORKAROUND:
Currently, unplugging the USB and plugging it back into the CPU will load the updated touch matrix.
