Mutli monitor support

As a user, I would love the ability to run two monitors and two Dakboard screens from a single Raspberry Pi. This is an untapped usecase that could bring significant product value to Dakboard.

Advantages

• Cost: For folks setting up video walls, this feature will save them money. Pi 4 and 5 support two monitors.
• Effort: setting up and installing new instances of Dakboard can become tedios if for example your setting up 16 Dakboards.
• Innovation: This is a 'First to Market' feature that would outshine competitors
