BUG, output speaker gets reseted when someone is joinend or rejoined #181

Expected behavior

The output speaker should not be reseted when somone els is joined only when i change them on my site.

Describe the bug (unexpected behavior)

When a new patricipant joines the call then the output speaker is reseted for the other attendees.

Steps to reproduce

join a call and set a other speaker then your system default speaker
a person 2 joines the call
