@maulidkategile - the configurations for the keycloak has been updated as shown in the screen capture here:

Keycloak has been updated for the token to expire to live for a day and refresh token to a week from token expires in 5 minutes and refresh token 30 minutes. This was suggested by Ona. You can update the team of the changes and keep observing if the issue persist.
