Accessing IFC attributes help

Hello all,

I've been introduced recently to the Cadwork api and presented with a challenge which I haven't been able to do thus far.
I need to copy attributes coming from an imported IFC via lexocad into Cadwork.
The source of the IFC is Revit. Each element has a set of attributes specific to the company ranging from identity data for group and subgroup to material names. When I import the model into cadwork I am getting only the name of the component and maybe the building storey. In the IFC manager I do see all the properties from the IFC which need mapped into cadwork user attributes but I haven't found a way of reading the IFC attributes from the elements. Can someone show an example of how would one go about accessing an IFC attribute in cadwork using the API if it's even possible.
