Allow to view what conditions are included in a given phenotype definition

When a user reviews evidence for a given drug-condition

it is not clear what is and what is not included in a condition.
E.g., what is the difference in 3 parkinsonic phenotypes

(e.g., difference in parkinsonism and parkinson disease)

Also, how are conditions grouped - what decides what is selected as a "leaf node"? (how groups are decided)
(why I can't say all "Extrapyramidal and movement disorders"
