Fixed issue with bundleJRE not working, thanks to andrewdotn

avoid errors on non-mac systems

Moved mac-specific code out of configuration and protected so will not get errors on linux/windows when bundleJRE is set but jreHome is not.

Available via gradle plugin portal.
