Scripts that help with Deceptive Attack and similar attack options need access to determine which Tagged Modifiers will be auto-applied, or a way to put them in the Modifier Bucket early so current standard tools can check them.

They also need a way to temporarily override Tagged Modifiers, temporarily disable all tags, or disable specific tag types.

Something similar to findAttack should suffice.

Without this, many scripts that depend on the information from the Modifier Bucket for information about what the character is attempting to do will stop working properly when Tagged Modifiers are enabled or Roll Confirmation is used.
