Seen after:

  • logging into CCloud normally
  • clicking "Change Organization"
  • seeing multiple organizations available
  • successfully switching to another CCloud org
  • attempting to switch back, no orgs available
no-orgs.mov

At the very least, we should get some logs about what's happening here

Update: this only appears to be the case when switching to a "suspended" organization.

Will likely just require a sidecar version update if it's fixed upstream for confluentinc/ide-sidecar#292
