resource history not maintained in semver 1.3.4 release #130

With the new semver resource version (1.3.4) we are observing this issue that the history of semver versions is not maintained and only the latest version is listed

This is not happening when pipeline is using 1.2.1 semver resource only happening with 1.3.4
