Gerrit UI: wrong workflow opens when clicking on the back button at corporate cla flow

Background

1. Open Gerrit contributor console: https://api.dev.lfcla.com/v2/gerrit/01af041c-fa69-4052-a23c-fb8c1d3bef24/corporate/agreementUrl.html
2. Click on the Proceed To Corporate Authorization button
3. Now click on the Back button
4. See-User redirected to the contributor console which is similar to the GitHub client
5. Now click on the Proceed To Induvial Authorization button

See-Error appears: Whoops, It looks like you don't have any signatures in progress. Try going back to your pull request and restarting the signing process from your pull request if necessary.
