Review Contributors which are not authorized by EasyCLA

Review Contributors which are not authorized by EasyCLA one by one and fix their record in DynamoDB.

This includes 3 steps:

1. Review records of these contributors and determine why EasyCLA is not authorizing them
2. Once reason is determine then suggest action how we can fix these records in DynamoDB
3. Schedule the call with Legal team and confirm "suggested actions"
4. Fix records in Dynamo DB (this may be done in separate ticket)

Note:
If we will not be able to fix some of these records then we need to communicate to these contributors that they will need to sign additional CLA in order to continue contributing.
