Data library for MIQP?

Hi all,

While the coin-or-tools section contains multiple libraries with test data sets like Netlib, MIPLIB and Sample, I could not find any test set with Mixed-Integer Quadratic Programming files (MIQP = MIP with a quadratic objective function (AFAIK)). There are a few small problems in the Data-Sample repo and in the Cbc examples, but that seems to be it.

Cbc performance for solving MIQP seems to have improved significantly in the last few years, but no real way to benchmark or test this without a data set.

1. Are there data sets with a lot of MIQP problems already part of the COIN-OR github repos? Or are external sets already used?
2. How about including the problems from the MIQPlib (ext MPS format) from ASU test cases?
3. Or using (a subset of) the ZIP QPLIB? (over 700MB)

Using such an internal or external data set, we could add tests, etc.
