New report - best 3/5/X species by length/weight #901

A user requested to see a report that allows him to compare "competition" catches with friends. For example, a top 5 species by length.

Considerations:

Total length/weight for top 3/5/X (X should be customizable)
Perhaps render in a leaderboard chart
Allow user to filter by anglers

From the user:

Hi again another feature request. Is it possible to have a top 5 species report, total lenght/weight per angler? I have a couple of fishing buddies who compete on total nr and big 5 or big 3.
