Add option to add information to the id3 tag of the downloaded audio file.

This would help site owners and license holders to prove that a protected file downloaded from the site was unauthorized.

Requires a change to the Configuration Menu, and a way to pass to the script the information that the option is enabled. The code provided by Tom Boutell to gather and add the information is already in the script, commented out.
