Events: Improve datatable

As a user
I want to be able to find needed events quickly
so that I don't have to scroll for ages to find the desired one.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement the following improvements for the event datatable:

1. Allow filtering by date, name and state (this should be combinable via and or or operators)
2. Add pagination to prevent an infinite page length
