total hours is incorrect in some cases #6

The FCE total next to total units at the top of the schedule has a bug. If I go back to Plan Course Schedule after being on the Registration screen, the FCE total disappears, then if I add a course, the total reflects just the FCE count of the last course I just added. If I refresh the page the problem disappears.
