Quanta

Rename to quanta-indicator?

Get rid of ta.helper (stop using this namespaces everywhere) or Rename to quanta.ds (dataset)

Move markdown docs to Studio?
Or have a quanta repo just with docs and readmes.

Ta.* => quanta.*

Calendar has some functions that are inconsistent.

Trade - where is it good? Backtest needs to be in compatible with live.
