Why forced reconnect?

I have been using this websocket and noticed the server is kicking us off at this interval as well.. No other exchange does this.

Do you by any chance know the reason behind this?

This forced drop means the local copy of the order book is invalid for the time it take to reconnect to this socket.

Darn k stuck in same boat as me, they don't have a fit to report issues and are rather pathetic with support tickets as those staff not technical.
