ipyparallel dependency #185

In ChiantiPy documentation, there is no dependency on ipyparallel but the README.md file contains it.

Maybe either of them needs an update..?

The documentation needs updating. However, you only need ipyparallell if you are using ipymspectrum. Thanks for pointing this out.
