Add the ability to include "placeholder text"

It would be helpful if (like on observablehq) one could create a box with placeholder text that is grey (rather than black) and which is removed when one clicks in the box, or perhaps goes away when one first starts typing. This could be useful for instructions in a problem set, like this:
