The Problem

CHAOSS has an "advice for newcomers" doc. It would be great to let newcomers know about it.

How to Fix It

Add an option to the menu that says "New to open source? Get some advice". The link is https://github.com/chaoss/community/blob/main/advice_to_newcomers.md
