User story

• As a user, I want to view the source (i.e. NIC, GLIEF, User provided) of each field included in my financial institution information, and see a record of any overwrites made by other users, so I know where to go to update information at the source in the future, and know if another user has overwritten the third-party data.

Acceptance criteria

• Given [some context or conditions], when [the action that is performed], then [the expected observable outcome or behavior].
