If we want to go with another microsite design, here are some options.

There are some great themes in there. I really like the design and layout of project open data. Would it be worth extracting that into it's own Jekyll template so that it could be used here (and potentially elsewhere)? If so, I'd be happy to tackle that.

It wouldn't hurt, since it would likely see further use. Note these three sites that have employed it so far.

That said, we may prefer to have the sidebar of DOCter. I'd suggest we start with vanilla DOCter and can weigh this or any other designs later.
