It might be hard to monitor them on-chain because FluxMonitor jobs are polling in the node.

The only thing we might be able to monitor is whether and how often we send successful updates on-chain. Which in itself is not a good metric because these intervals are now fluctuating a lot depending on the underlying asset's volatility.
