How to fix corrupted DataBase ecu.zip

After some manipulation with ecu.zip I've lost db.json file.
Is there a way to create it again?
And general question. Is it possible to add additional cars (.json + .json.layout) to existed db.json?

I use this DB. But i've collected a some additional modules from other DBs and merge it to one file. Unfortunately i didn't know then about db.json and delete them.
Am i correctly understand? I could create db.json only from original .xml files (DDT2000).
